At 4%, it must be an adjustable.


I've had 2 people, just this morning, who are both dying of esophogeal cancer with no living relatives, who want to give me money!

All those kinds of Emails go into a email box that dumps itself every couple of days but I love to o in there for fun just to read them sometimes. the Viagra, Stock, Realestate, refi's, and how to make it grow Emails are a hoot !!!

if you are considering refinancing, talk to companies on your own. don't reply to things like that. they are nothing more than scams trying to access your bank account. been there, done that

The ones I've been getting a lot of lately are the phoney "PayPal" emails...where they say "look out for possible fraud on your account" (Yeah right) and then tell you to re-enter all your data for "safety purposes".

....sure take my credit card number and have some fun! |oo
