ND Fort Berthold Reservation Rifle Deer season canceled

2012 Rifle deer season will be closed to all members and non-members do to very low numbers. I recieved word from TAT Game and Fish Dept today.

Well that doesnt sound good. Out of curiosity what caused the low numbers? was there a harsh winter or disease?

3 bad winters. Should of been closed last year. The state and the tribe are a year behind. Hope the state does something also.

I guess it really wasn't ment to be for me to hunt up that way this fall.
