Hey folks - new to the area after living in Boise for years. Went on several elk/deer/bear hunting trips over the years with no luck yet, but not a total noob.
I'm in my early 30s and very fit. Just had a daughter and looking to hunt with others so I don't up and disappear on my new family. Flexible on hunting dates but targeting at least a few weekends during the 2026 rifle season.
I have a 4WD truck, a bunch of hunting camping gear, and looking to keep the driving to 2 hours each way max. Zones 4 or 6 most likely.
