My dream hunt - part two

[Life by the Horns]

After tagging early on a great buck this past fall in SK, I kept on hunting for a fall black bear. I waited until the last day to drop the string, and as sometimes happens in hunting, things didn't quite go as planned. It was a good learning experience and a fun opportunity to be able to sit and watch fall bears do their thing.

Very cool. Where wolf tracks around the carcass? Dosen't look like the work of a wolf to me.

No tracks of any sort in the leaves. My guess is another bear as well. Outfitter thought wolves, or a cat.


Wolves, Bears, or a cat, makes for a good story either way!
