I think I finally found a replacement for the missing bearing cap on your reel. parts for this reel are hard to come by, but it will be fishable when I am done. Should be in about two weeks.

Thank you very much my friend.
If there is anything you need like more elk or deer meat let me know.
I should have some fresh deer after my kaibab hunt/kill this october.
When are you heading out to the lake next?
Like to try some Walleye fishing again soon?
Maybe canyon or apache for a change?
check your schedule and let me know when.

Sorry for getting back to you so late. I was not able to get the part. I have taken the reel into Phx Fishing supply. Their reel man is going to build the bearing cap for you.
He said the reel is about 20 yrs old and is very well made.

I havn't been able to get out at all, and probably won't till after Sept. I have 6 reels sitting on my bench now that need work, plus trying to get all my chit together for SD.

I know what you mean about being tied up.
Good luck in SD and don't worry about the reel, like I told you it is no hurry.
Thanks for everything and let me know what the guy at Phx fishing charges you for rebuilding the end cap. I will and must pay you for it.
I wont take no for an answer.
Thanks again my friend
