MT Upland bird extension proposal

I was not able to catch all of the Commission meeting. What was the result on the upland bird extension proposal? I did Google, but didn't find anything. Could be operator error.

Well, there's one intelligent thing that's come out of that legislature this past year. I am shocked!

Well, there's one intelligent thing that's come out of that legislature this past year. I am shocked!

This was a commission agenda item, not legislative. The legislature is forcing sportsmen to fund a bird farm to plant birds at WMA's rather than invest in habitat agreements with landowners, who then allow access.
