Mrs Valleys Oryx Hunt

Well I've been putting in for 10 years for oryx and never drawn. Put my wife in for the second time and she drew her first choice. Her offrange oryx hunt started today and is open the whole month. Plan to hunt this Friday and Saturday. Have some obligations on Sunday and beginning of next week and then hopefully go hunt some more off and on thru the month as long as we need to.

Been have her shoot alot of prairie dogs over the summer and getting use to the guns. She will be shooting my 7mm mag that I bought from @Lnewton and she's been shooting it very well.

It has been kind of busy every time I have gone through there.

Seen oryx but all on the range by at least half a mile.

A friend of mine drew an off range oryx tag about ten years ago and I went with him on that hunt. We hunted near T or C for a week and only saw a couple oryx that were way out of range and running like hell. We did manage to have 4 or 5 flat tires and ended up getting a plug kit at Wahlmart . I would love to draw a tag and do that hunt again. Hope you tag out and looking forward to following along.
