Mowing season

Curious who on here has already mowed their lawn? I just got done with my second mowing of the season and everything outdoors is yellow from the pollen, including the air.

My first is coming tomorrow. But it’s overgrown already. I wanted it to get a little additional height on it because I had some new seeds sprouting

Green but not growing much. I'd say 2 weeks maybe 3 weather pending. I hate mowing. Sure is nice having the kids appointed.

We got a inch of snow last night, by midday what hadn't melted had green grass poking thru. Its that time of year, will not be long before first mow.

Our spring weather in TN can only be described as bipolar. Forecast for high today is 89. Forecast for high on Monday is 57. Humidity is already kicking, too. Tornadoes the past few weekends.

I guess I’ll be planting my “wildflower” patch this weekend if I don’t get blown away

We are a few weeks out yet. The prairie area I burnt 2 weeks ago is coming back nicely.

I know it’s not fair, but I’ve been mowing once a week for two months. Last week I over seeded my lawns and fertilized about a month ago.
