If the definition of underrated means a movie that did poorly at the box office and which critics initially gave poor marks, "It's a Wonderful Life" is a classic example. Critics even had a name for movies directed by Frank Capra that would later become well liked - Capracorn.

Depending on your age and how much time you spent on a bike it's hard to argue that RAD! isn't on the list of most underrated movies.
