Montana Spring Turkey...area advice

I was wondering if any of you have any advice on public areas to hunt turkey around Yellowstone county. I am thinking about trying to get out with my bow this year and chase some birds. Any advice on anything that you don't mind sharing would help. I really appreciate the help. Thanks.

Find a cottonwood and you'll find turkeys.

I think the "PINES" are as about as far as I can get from you and that is my only experiences in MT....well, other than private property along your
East coast.
