The answer to your question is Hunting District specific. Go to the FWP hunting regulations and read specific information regarding the Hunting District(s) where you would hunt antlerless elk. That information will answer your question.

Yes HD 705 has two options for applying for limited number Elk B licenses. In each case the application due date is June 1st, but you may apply anytime prior, once the applications are available.

Do not wait until June 1st to apply or you will be too late.
