I have been using a landowner app to secure a deer tag. This has proven productive and I dread the thought of giving it up but have a question,
If I apply for a landowner sponsored deer permit, can I apply for an elk draw in the same unit without a landowner sponsor?
Yes, I am certain the landowner would grant permission to hunt the area if I were to win in the draw, especially if I were there to hunt deer as well.

For an elk b-tag It would be possible...

I believe you have to apply for either the deer combination license, elk/deer, or elk only...but only one of those three.
