Has anyone tried this? I'm going to Idaho in October, although I've never had altitude sickness you never know. Also it says it helps you get your breath back faster. I work out here 5 days a week and know I will still be sucking wind because I'm not used to the thin air. Just trying to stack as much as I can in my favor. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about it or used it. Thanks

Tried it

Tried it last fall on an elk hunt in Colorado in elevations from 8500 feet to 11,500 feet. Started a week prior to the trip. Didn't have any ill effects from altitude, but I normally don't outside of maybe a minor dull headache which I did not have this time nor do I have it every time I go to altitude. Just did it more of a precaution. I think my biggest advice would be give it a try but don't forget about staying very hydrated, don't wait until you are thirsty to start drinking. I really think the few times I have had minor headaches it's more of a dehydration issue.
