Good morning,

I thought I would post a few pics I found from the last year or so.

The 1st pic is of a friend I used to go to school with. She drew a once-in-a-lifetime sheep tag in ND and did it up right. She is an avid hunter and deserved an animal like this!

The 2nd pic is of me in my Kifaru tipi sitting out a two-day rain storm/blizzard in September of last year while bowhunting mulies in the Badlands. Some good grub and a good book make the waiting easier. This year I have upgraded to a 12x14 wall tent. The extra room will be nice.

The 3rd pic is of my son on a shed hunting trip with me last spring. He found a great shed and was thrilled. He was also chewing on a dirty stick and has dirt on his teeth in the picture. What can you say, that is part of the fun and mom wasn't around so it was fine!

The last pic is of my son during one of our archery practice sessions. I have a feeling he is going to be tough on the deer in a few years.

Have a great weekend!

Nice pics, dinner looks pretty good inside the tipi. How big is the one you have? Likes/dislikes? I've been putting some thought into one, they do a good job of selling the benefits on their site.

I had the four person tipi with the medium stove.

The tipis are everything Kifaru says they are and worth the money in my opinion. I sat out a tremendous storm in my tipi with no problems two years ago on a caribou hunt out of Kotzebue, Alaska. With that said, I just sold my tipi and stove. I wanted more room than it afforded me. If I lived out west a little further, I absolutely would have kept it. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing the liner. In some instances, I found the condensation build up inside the tipi to be an annoyance.

I also have the longhunter pack. I kept that as it will comfortably pack more than I am capable of carrying.

Great pics Buschy. Thanks for sharing.

I hope you and your father-in-law draw that special archery elk tag this fall.
