Minimizing pics!

Hey folks, I'm trying to upload pics but they are way too large! How in the %$@!$#@ do I minimize the pics! |oo

Need to have some post processing software, such as Photoshop. Sometimes you can do it within your camera settings too. Just open the photo you want to upload, then go to menu and resize...try to use a 640x480 pixel size. Many times cameras will come with some sort of software to do it in too.
