Mid Term Election - Zinke vs D TBD

Daines doing this at the very last minute it is pretty fishy, and quite the gift to Bodnar.

I think if people had known, there’d be a much thicker pool of Republicans than Kurt Alme.
Daines is as in-the-know as anyone, I feel like this has to be calculated. Like either he thinks an unknown R will do better than someone fully tied to the Washington mess, or he knows how many tight races there are going to be and doesn’t want to dedicate a bunch of money to holding his seat, just throw Alme in and let the chips fall where they fall. It’ll be interesting to see how aggressively they spend on Alme.

Carpetbagger, this guy's phony ass campaign caused me to pull the lever for Tester for the first time ever.
Leveraging your military connections into a "private sector" business that is funded through government contracts does not and entrepreneur make. And the murky purple heart stuff... but whatever they're all scum. For the record, Jersey Greg's beat-down on the heckling "journalists" was justified.

If I was a betting man, I’m guessing we see a Daines vs Knudsen Gov primary for 2028.

As I understand it, a US Attorney can not run for the Senate because it is prohibited by the Hatch Act. Not sure how they are getting around that with Alme.
