Mexican Caserole

Ingedients:
Hamburger,1 lb
Taco or chili seasoning,1 packet
Mashed potatoes
corn,1 can
cheese

Fry up hamburger into small chunks,drain grease,then add taco seasoning or chili seasoning.
In a caserole dish add meat,corn,mashed potatoes and grated cheese on the potatoes.Place in oven for half hour or until cheese has melted.Oven temp is 350 degrees.

I make almost the exact same thing except with cornmeal on top instead of mashed potatoes and I add olives, calling it Tamale Pie. (like my Mom makes!)
