This herd had 5 forkies and 7 does.
The biggest forky was down in the trees below the group. Never got a good photo of him. #forkiesflytogether

Here you go @Forkyfinder , about as big of a forkie you can get on a whitetail. He is even a true Midwest forkie having no browtines!

Technically he had just enough point length to make him a 3x4 but essentially he was just a big two point on his way down. Biologist said I can age them pretty accurately to 10 1/2 years of age. He said has was that old and more. Buck in the front. You can see the broad nose and white face.


Biologist aged this buck at 7 1/2 or 8 1/2 years old. He had a big old body and weighing everything and using the system they have for insides removed, it figured out that he was about 330 pounds on the hoof. Technically a 2x3 but mostly just a big old 2 point.
