Marcus & Michael

I like a little tanginess with steak. My father-in-law, Montana beef country alum, almost banned me from his home when I asked for ketchup in his home while a grilled, thick, juicy steak sat on my dinner plate. I still will put a dab of ketchup on the plate at home and let that mix with steak juices but I nonetheless feel the shame of a thousand husbands that forgot their anniversary, again. I can't stand dry meat, though, so only cook to the minimum suggested internal temperature. Ketchup, yes. Shoe leather, no.

I ruined a good steak the other night. I was so upset at myself I had to apologize to the wife for having a poor attitude a few hours later. Yeah it was cooked med well. It was probably done just how WapitiBob likes them
Just busting your chops!
