Manfrotto Compact Action Tripod?

Just curious if any of you have ever used the Manfrotto Compact Action tripod for your spotting scope. https://www.manfrotto.us/manfrotto-mkcompactacn-bk-compact-action-black

I can't see spending $300 on a tripod, and of the cheaper ones I have handled this one seemed the most sturdy. It weighs about 43 ounces and can hold 3 pounds.

Any thoughts?

I have a similar(older) model of Manfrotto and love it.
Very light one for packing. My tripod & spotter weigh about 3lbs.
I have large hands so the small pistol grip clamp is a pain and would rather have a twist lock type,but it works.
Only time I have had problems with the wind on a ridge I find I just have to lower it some. If it starts to vibrate then it's time to get off the ridge out of the wind.
I use it for the spotter,binos,camera,& have a shooting rest for it.
