Been in my cabin in Alaska for 17 days. A lot of pinks up the creek. Hoping the silvers are coming. Mostly picking berries ,making jelly ,and remodeling the cabin.

Almost back to Valdez 43 days in heaven. Got my largest halibut. 94 lbs.
Only three silvers. They just arrived and of course my ride had to go back.
Did a lot of work in the cabin. Insulated it. Painted it and installed new oil heater.

I'm sitting in Funny River thinking about buying my return flight. Miss my wife something terrible but she says stay till I'm ready to come home . Either she has a new boyfriend or she really loves me. I'll go with the love thing.
Not ready to come back to the real world so I'm going to wait to buy a ticket.
So I can help on a moose hunt but I'm not too eager to sleep in a tent. So I think Ill take a fishing rod and drive over to Homer tomorrow and see what's cooking.
