I'm not a BIG fan of hunting in the snow anymore. For me, if it stayed 65* and light winds I would never complain. But some live for it, WELL here it is.
I hope it sucks all the hunters up into the hills and gets them out of my way. It does not look like it will go away, now. So good luck to all and make sure your chains fit.
PS don't forget your shovel.

It's 28 degree's and about 3 inches and snowing in Seeley Lake. We're at 4000 feet in town. Earlier this week on Rice Ridge there was about 4 inches of wet heavy snow.

i have to live in the Los Angels area which is a horrible place these days. The last couple months made even worse by high temperatures often over a hundred. I miss lonely places with snow. Kindest Regards

Looks like a repeat of last year opening weekend, weatherwise. Hopefully the herd I've been eyeballing do the same thing as a year ago. Dropped a good 6-point about an hour into the season.
