I have been looking at area 16 and area 25 both have an ample amount of public ground but it might be hard to access.Could someone tell me wich has more public and easier access.I dont know wich one would be a better 3rd choice draw for someone without any connections to private land as of now.

First off, I am more lost on this Wy Antelope thing than you are but looking at the maps it looks like both units that you mentioned have limited amount of public land. Never been there so I could be way off on that assumption and actually be more land than it looks .

Just to give you a better idea on how much area there is if you look at the maps you have off my topo you can look for a sqaure section off public land by itself not conected to anything that spot for example would be 1 sqaure mile i belive wich should be around 640 acres. This kinda gives you an idea of the amount of public land available the hard part is trying to find access spots from public raods where you can enter the area. Some areas are going to be landlocked making it impossible without permission to get to it.Hope this helps a little bit if I have my facts straight but I think I have somewhat of an idea.I am still trying to figure out off my gazzeter wich roads are private and wich are public.

That is a good point. I did notice the checkerboard look on half of these units but really didn`t think about the abitily to get access to them.

The checker board units will give you an idea of the squares i was telling you about that should be 640 acres each
