Without ranting or hijacking the thread, I have had much better customer service experiences with other companies. My rangefinder works well and I'll use it till it dies and replace it.

The thread is about customer service basically. What is your complaint about Leupold replacing your rangefinders? mtmuley

I called Leupold a couple of days ago, sounds like I will be getting an upgrade. Just waiting for them to get some in stock. Very good customer service.
