Ive had great luck with them as well. I ordered mine online for a VX3 that didn't have the free dial and misentered the Serial number. They called, got the right number, and then sent it for free. Made me a customer for life.

Yes suh pointer, I'm anxious to put one on ferals...picked up the etched twist complication for panhandle antelope someday soon.

excellent service for me. I have CDS also and had a problem with my scope turrets. Not a product problem but somewhere they got messed up sighting in. I live near by and took my gun there. They fixed it on the spot. All I use for scopes and I have several of them.

I was highly concerned that we were not going to get our caps for our fall hunts. They got them to us with a week to spare. I do know from what the tech aid that one of their engraving machines was down.

Glad to see they are turning them around more quickly now.


They have sold the crap out of those things.
