Anyone have any benches they've built and or backstops. Boys are really enjoying burning up a couple bricks of .22lr a week lately so im thinking I may as well build a permanent bench and backstop. Won't be long and they'll be moving up to center fire and ill get some use out of it as well. We are extremely flat and open around here. So im thinking of a backstop of railroad ties doubled with dirt in between the two stacks. Any tips or pics woukd be a appreciated. Won't be doing this til next spring.
