Old guy struggling loading pics - hahaha - anyway, ya we removed the seats, barely got two cots on the floor and rolled the tarp over top of us. the seats on the sides helped give us some height and breathing room. I used two 5 pound bags of lead shot to tie to the sides of the tarp to keep it pulled down since nowhere to tie the straps to like when its on the trailer. It was WAY warmer than expected.

Hey Elktrack! I am using the Kodiak 12x12 Cabin Lodge tent with the 8x8 Awning Enclosure. Really like it and camping with a real stove is so nice.
Hey, we have one of those!! Very nice setup. Been using it for years. Holds up to Wyoming winds too.

Packed a 40 down quilt to go over my bag, which worked great, but glassing in the morning with frozen boots was chilly. Tried the toe warmers and not enough heat, so next time if no fire I'll try the insole warmers for glassing. When moving, feet were fine.

Single wall tarptent dipole 2 is nice and roomy and held up great to a windy, stormy night, but if there was much more snow coming down I'm pretty sure I'd want a double wall tent.

This big boy (size 11.5 boots) was still up and about in the immediate neighborhood, but didn't get to see him.
