My wife diced up a couple dozen a stuck them in a ziploc bag in the fridge. My lord does it stink! I put it in double ziploc and the smell still stunk up the entire fridge!

I've got a nice damp north facing slope on the ridge so I transplanted a hand full and they are doing well 2 years later. I'll be grabbing buckets full now to expand my crop.

I have a spot that is literally hundreds of acres covered with them. I've pickled some and canned them and just cleaned and frozen them. Excellent as a substitute for onion.
