I own two 3+ acre, adjoining lots about a mile and a half west of Townsend.
(West of Missouri R.)

Electric is to the property. Property is fenced.

Great views... Townsend, The Bridgers, Big Belts, Elkhorns, Canyon Ferry Lake, and the Missouri River. A couple of minutes out of town.

Dead end road with State land on one side, Federal on another. (Views will never be blocked).

It's for sale... but I might trade for real estate of equal value near Nashau, Ft. Peck, or Glasgow...?
