For your culinary pleasure we are proud to offer:

Lanai Delight....

1st shoot an Axis Deer. Don't matter how big the rack is, or even if it has one! Do not field dress on the spot. (very important).

Toss into an old Wiley's jeep, drive off the Pali, to the closest beach. Gut deer. Save innards! Damn near everything, 'cept lungs.

Take intestinal innards (including stomach), start washing in ocean; cut and turn innards inside/out and clean off all the crap. Keep washing, in ocean, till clean and well salted. Skin and process the rest of the meat as you would normally do.

Back at home, chop the innards into bite size chunks. Put about a helmet full in a stew pot (see instructions), add 3 helemts water, 1/2 a garlic bulb (smashed up real good), a big hand full of chopped wild leeks. Bring to a slow boil for about 3 hrs.

Drink beer. Go fishing. Relax.

Add 3 'Idaho Tater sized' Yams, sliced about as thick as 2 quarters. Keep slow boil for another 30 min.

Drink beer. Go fishing. Relax.

Then add 1/2 of a football sized Pineapple, 2 Mango, cubed into 1/2 X 1" chunks. Take off fire.

Let sit covered for another 20 min.

Drink Beer. Clean fish.

Best servred with steamed wild rice and Pita bread.

Sit on the beach, drink more beer, eat till your 'sick' full and swap lies....

Aloha Y'All....
