I believe it. I think the size of the path makes it an optical illusion like the guy said. The momma with two babies in my backyard yesterday was pretty damn big!
I can believe it. They can go 7 foot to the top of the shoulders. With the angle being low I could see Shaq looking like the jolly green giant on that path.
My wife killed a Wyoming Moose 6 miles from the trail head and I paid two guys with horse to get it out for us. Look big hell the 2 year old cow my son killed looked big in the down timber he shot it in and we were only 800 yards from the truck.
I can't call BS after seeing one at 10yds. We were in Idaho Elk hunting when we were walking up a logging road and we heard a grunt and 10yds down the ravine or hill or whatever you want to call it was a moose. I guessed the spread was at least 50 to 60 inches. He was fricking huge. It was a day before elk and no guns except my trusty 1911 that wasn't going to do much good but if it happend to charge I would at least try!!!. I have to tell you those things are just damn big no matter how you look at em they are huge. Biggest thing I have seen that close in my life. It was awesome to see him and to see the many that we did. I agree you can do much with angles but moose are just plain huge animals. HAPPY HUNTING
