Cream Vanilla Booze? :rolleyes:

There has to be someone who's grand daddy made this during the 30's.

Where's Paws?
 
* 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Milk
* 1 cup of rye, scotch or dark rum
* 1 pint whipping cream (or half & half)
* 3 eggs
* 1 teaspoon coconut extract or vanilla extract if you prefer
* 1 tablespoon Nestle Quick (liquid or dry)

Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate.
 
Gunner46......Sorry, I never picked up on your question before......Yes, Be a Man, use the whole egg! Here is a recipe from the Montana Cook Book which is a little different:

1 1/2 cups Canadian Whiskey
1 pint whipping cream
1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
4 tbs. of chocolate syrup
4 tbs. water

Mix all ingredients in blender and serve.

Makes 6 cups.
