Anyone ever use one of these? My wife found this and seems like it would be a game changer for meat processing. Specifically for packaging our ground meat as we put that into the quart size vacuum seal bags and always seems to be a slow point with using an ice cream scooper.

I just grab handfuls and put them in the bag myself. Put them on the scale for whatever weight I want. After a few you get a good idea of what it takes for the rest but I still weigh them. Then I vacuum seal the bags and flatten them out to get rid of more air and then to allow for stacking in the freezer.

Looks handy. I have a meat funnel to pack vac bags. But its just a plastic sleeve. Mine doesn't have a stand. The stand is a great idea. I think I only paid a few bucks for mine. It works great for putting stews and chili in vac pack bags. It keeps whatever you’re stuffing in the bags from getting all over the top of the bag where your seal will be.
I stuff meat bags with my grinder. I have never used my stuffer for anything but sausage casing stuffing.
