Im looking for your best diving duck recipes?

Nail it to a board.. nah just kidding.. freeze the breast, slice it super thin with a meat slicer, marinate it in whatever teriyaki/soy/ginger/garlic recipe you prefer and make broccoli duck with it. Super good. Key is hot and fast.
 
Mix it in with your mallards, and invite your friends over for duck kabobs. They will never know!
 
Diver Ducks depend on what they are eating.

Aquatic plants eaters are good vs fish/crustaceans are bad

Red Heads, Ruddies, and Cans are quite good.

Scaup, Ringnecks, and Buffleheads are not bad depending on what they are eating.

Goldeneyes and Mergansers aren't worth the shotgun shell to shoot unless they are going on the wall.

Baked Duck

Cut into Cubes Brined in sugar/salt water or sprite for a day.

Marinated in Teriyaki for a day

Wrap in Bacon with a toothpick

Bake at 400 until bacon is crispy.

Prepare the same as a puddle duck, just chuck the skin/fat and use butter instead.
