If you drink US wine ... might want to watch this.

It's used heavily in the vine row. I'm willing to bet there are detectable levels in almost any wine that isn't Live, Organic, or biodynamic certified. But it's ppb. I'm sure we could detect it in beer or whisky too if we looked.

And I'm sure the ethanol that is in parts per hundred will give you cancer first.

Lots of good wine out there, just gotta spend a few more dollars.
In the row is a bit different than on 'the vines'.

This place looks like a good one to checkout if I was ever in your area. Expensive, but looks like they make good wine. Ever try their stuff?

It's good. I know the winemaker pretty well.

Biodynamic is shaman mysticism BS, but it sometimes yields good results.

The older I get, the less I enjoy the day after drinking beer. Wine doesn't do that to me. It's an acquired taste, but I definitely prefer it now. Plus, it's the only alcohol you can say is "healthy".
I’m the exact opposite. I wake up after drinking wine and I feel like a skid row hustler.

It started in Greece, drink 1-2 bottles a day, starting in the AM, walk a lot, swim a lot, eat a lot. Never felt bad. #*^@#* it was great. Lost 5 lbs in 7 days, literally eating and drinking as much as I could.

Anything that requires an acquired taste is odd to me. I didn't need to acquire a taste for beer, brisket, or Reese's peanut butter cups, and they make me very happy
Beer at age 13 (snuck from fridge of a buddiy's old man) was definitely an acquired taste for me as was black coffee at age 4 (my family owned a breakfast joint). Canadian Mist at 14 (New Years was crazy that winter). Cigarettes at 15 (older brother smoked). Chaw at 17 (baseball and farmer thing).

I concur 100% on the brisket and peanut butter cups. I no longer drink booze (other than celebration toasts once or twice a year) or smoke or chew. Turns out most of the acquired tastes were better off not acquired, in my case. I have zero issue being around drinkers (unless are mean drunks or get sloppy), smokers (as long are outside) or chewers. Diversity makes life more interesting.
