Idaho posted an action plan for the Mule Deer Initiative today. I think its good to see them taking steps towards figuring out mule deer herd dynamics in the state, as well as trying to improve things. Good to see some forward thinking management instead of letting things happen and then wonder what went on. Now if they would only do something about the stupid tag structures they instituted this year.
