Logged in just to see what number I got. Figured if I hit something under 1000 I'd stay. Wound up with 27,895. Oh well.
I guess I just don't understand why they don't just have everyone submit an application with top 3 choices and make the draw completely random, just like the number allotment? Certain tags don't sell out? Ok, have 3 draws and let the leftovers go to OTC at a set date. This isn't rocket science...
