Huns and Sharpies

My buddy and I have some young dogs and looking for some prairie birds to chase. Wondering what luck any has had in western ND (little Missouri grassland) or if it isn't worth the trip. If you have another suggestion like eastern Montana or South Dakota that would be great, thanks

I hunted the SW corner of NoDak this past November. We didn't get on my sharptails, but there were plenty of pheasants to educate my 1yo dog on. We were hunting mostly PLOTS parcels.
