HSUS in partnership with Idaho Sportsmen's Caucus

I dont drink the micro brew's or smoke the fancy cigars like the sophisticated elite................but I wouldnt welcome Peta in any fight I was up against.

JB, A nice Cohiba after dinner finishes the meal quite well....

Ithica can tell more about the stories, but a while back, the Sheep foundation FNAWS and the environmental groups all got together to fight the US Air Force and their expanded bombing range into environmentally sensitive areas. While they might not see eye to eye on some issues, sometimes people need to set their diffrences aside.... and focus on ending elk farming.

cohiba......bravo my good fellow.

Here is a good one for you...

When IdahoWatusi posted the first post in here, he linked to a Photobucket album called "MillerElkFarm". The address was http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j232/MillerElkFarm

In that album was the HSUS banner and the 4 pictures of captive elk behind a high fence and under a loafing shed in the hot sun along with other miscellaneous family pictures.

Then, it seems like ol' IdahoWatusi decided to do some "editing" at "Last edited by IdahoWapiti : Today at 01:46 AM" on his first post and the HSUS link now points to a new Photobucket album called http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o271/LynnJean

And, if you look in the old "MillerElkFarm" album, you will see the album now shows an empty album, as somebody went in and removed all the hosted pictures from the "MillerElkFarm" album including the 4 linked pictures of elk with eartags, high fences, and loafing sheds.

Now, if you look at the second post in this thread, you will see the "Red X" as the link to the MillerElkFarm albums is no longer a good link, as the files are gone.

Are we to surmise that IdahoWatusi believes HSUS and Camo day to be a valid topic for discussion, but pictures of elk behind high fences are to be so horrible as to need to be hidden and removed so the general public won't develop a negative opinion on the subject of Elk farming?

Rallying hate then directing all to a family photo album that had photos of my children. I'm waiting for Jose to provide free bus rides to my home so people can tar and feather.

Dude, when you drive a '78 Monte Carlo with spinners, you can't haul too many people.....

And where did I direct anybody to your website while you had pictures loaded in it???? I just linked to the same public domain website that you linked to. I only identified the name of the album AFTER you removed all the pictures.

And if it was your family photos you cared about, why did you delete the pictures of the captive elk behind the high fences, sporting them ever attractive yellow ear tags?

You're 'killin' yourself, there are no 'hunts' here, as I already said, and the photos were in May under the blistering 70 degrees you referred to as hot sun...

That is the point we are trying to get across to you. They are not 'hunts', they are not even close to hunting. They are just shooting elk inside of high fenced pastures. There is nothing "hunting" about them, and that is why HUNTERS want to see them ended in Idaho.

Do you have an position on "Canned Hunts" or "High Fenced" hunting in Idaho? Do you think it should be banned?

I deleted the account because of you and the possibility of you using other photos from it, when you delete an account, everything in it is deleted too. You linked to it after not because they were gone but because you didn't get to it before the account was deleted. Yost doesn't drive a monte carlo so you're not him...

If you put the pictures of Ranger, Bambi, Flower, and the rest of your pet elk in the new album you created, I can change the links in the original post to show the pictures for you. That way, the thread will make sense to those who are coming here for the thoughtful discussion and sharing of information, jackass.

How do you educate people about elk when they come to your farm? What do you teach them? Just curious

Okay, I'll tell you this way: No one shoots domestic elk here. Do you now understand this fact? There are no 'hunts' or 'harvests' here. .

So what do you raise the elk for if you aren't going to "harvest" them? Why risk Idaho's wild herds so that you can have a captive population that you don't ever harvest? Most "Ag" people I know try and "harvest" every so often, usually at the request of the Banker who needs the operating loan paid.

So, educate us, why do you raise elk if you aren't going to "harvest" them?

Some people like to see them up close and watch them interact with each other.

Do you think that interacting with your tame cow might give these people an inaccurate idea about all elk, strengthen the 'bambi' feeling, and turn them into anti-elk hunters?

Good job editting the part about your tame cow.
