2008 Montana Muzzleloader Buck

Montana has no specific season for muzzleloaders but when I didn't find a buck I wanted to take with my rifle, I decided to give them muzzleloader a try. 267 Yards......... Lots of smoke....... dead deer!!

This first photo is at the end of a long day of packing out these two bucks. They are finally back at the truck I'm both satisfied and relieved.

This is what they look like now that they have gone through my beetle cleaning process. I think they turned out pretty nice.
