You can buy a cheap sensor off Amazon to run it like a fridge I have one for my little chest freezer I travel with during season. Also consider I got that fridge brand new because it was scratched for like 1300 bucksI think this is a great way to go.
Another option, although more demanding and less consistent but also much less expensive is to buy a used chest freezer and place horizontal bars along the top to keep meat upright. Problem is you have to either crack the lid or turn it on/off to keep it from freezing. The benefit is if small enough for just one animal, you can throw it in the back of your truck or trailer and take it to camp with a generator during those warmer hunts.
