about the rifle.....whats the green thing on the barrel?

Its a neoprene cover over the moderator, which keeps the dirt and wet off, it also cuts down on the tinny noise when moving along the ground.

That rifle is a Rem 700 .243 and the other is a Sako Finnlight .308. hump

Ah I see, no this is the real deal, it was bloomin hard work that week, but we won the day and lived to tell the tale.

Boy it was a cold one this time though, one mistake and you became an icicle on the landscape

Keeps you fit though. especially the fenceline of death (One of the pics) as its become known, which is nearly a vertical climb, not for the faint of heart.
