I'm hoping to draw my Montana combo tag this year.If I do, me and my partner will be hunting some of whats called the Island mountain chain;Big/Little Belts,Castles and the Crazies
My question is, is the Highwoods mountains in a general tag area or is that a draw area?A friend of mine told me they are a good place to check out.This is for an archery elk hunt,but we may come back for a few days of rifle

Pretty sure that's a draw now. Didn't used to be, but it changed just a couple years ago. Not sure of the odds.
