Is this the same fence that HOA was throwing a fit over a while back? Looks pretty good to me. Did you do the work yourself or contract it out?

YAh.. same Fence. I've beentrying to get Numb Nutz to do it for almost 3 years now. (OK, Only 2 years 6 months) Holey Chit it's been that long !!! Anyways, I have a New "Chores" guy. I told him I wanted the Skip peal look and he ordered it and installed it. I still have to Finish the Rocks but I can do that now that the Wood is in.

OHHH.. He said he ordered it from Pauls shop, I'm guessing Paul doesn't even know.......... I tried calling him a Few times, Same ol Answering service On Another note, He is truely a Busy fella... but 2 years.. jsut a little long to keep waiting with the HOA on my case.

(Notice the Railing on the house.. It's Rotting out, I'll have to get that replaced soon too... dang wood isn't what it used to be.....
