Don't overlook getting a couple of good mules instead of horses. Especially if your going to use them primarily in the backcountry. What part of MT are you in?

I listened to a podcast where Hal Herring interviewed Ron. He said the best way to buy one where Ron got all
of the money was to send a check to Ron’s PO Box. Wish I remembered the address. It was funny because it was a single digit number. He had one of the very first PO Boxes in Augusta.
