Unfortunately I just got home from bird hunting and read the paper and found out about this meeting, or I would have been there in full force! The problem with the Legislature is that they spring these meetings on us without much notice, but I bet there will be some hot testimony from lots of people. I wish I could be there!

Fortunately for me there will be other chances to testify.

The ATV crowd sure brought this on themselves, just like I've been warning about for the last two years! And the ATV clubs MD4M is always telling us about could have headed this off with some responsible legislation of their own, but they did NOTHING!

Now I hope they get hit real hard with more regulations and stiffer penalties!

Read this!!!: "don´t miss the joint public hearing on the use of ATVs on Idaho´s public lands today. "

I think that would be a good meeting to attend. It could prove to be very interesting and educational as well. I do hope that a solution can be found in the interest of the wildlife, the enviroment, the hunters and the recreational user. It may be a lot to ask for, but maybe here is a start. Thanks for the link Ithaca.
