Heading to Sturgis this year

Not sure if I'll go this year or ever, I hear it's a must do once.

Here's my metric.....

You gonna get a side-car for Jan? ;)

Ruth would never let me go to Sturgis after the stories a guy we know told us LOL!

Somebody say side car?

Here is my crew on my Father in Laws Ultra Classic with matching side car.

You should see my Mother in Law ride in it. They went from WV to the Keys over the summer.

I'm a low life Nightster rider.

Hoping to change it up a little before spring hits.

JL I told my wife I was going out to look at all the boobs , she said: as long as that's just all. LOL

WV good looking brude you got there. I was looking a an Ultra but that's a bit much for me.
The deals are out there right now. This bike came in last week and I jumped on it the day it came in.
12K out the door with my trade in.

If you are going to attend then One Eyed Jack's and The Loud American are have to visits! Wait until after 10:00 and make sure to say until the wee hours of the morning...It can get a little hairy later in the evening after all the "hard core leather necks" have been drinking all night! In addition, it can get a little hairy in both bars...but that is a different kind of hairy. Make a run out to The Buffalo Chip for a concert...I find traveling after dark in and out of Sturgis a death wish!

I could use all the pro and cons I can get. Being new to this bike riding. I'm riding out with 3 turkey hunters from Pa who have done the ride 15 teRse straight so I have a fast learning curve.

The LA was for sale from my folks. Could have been a good deal for me, but decided MT is where I had to be. No regret. Still fun when I return.

Nice to see a 52 week business on Main.:D Have fun.

No sidecar for me, in fact I'm gonna take the passenger pillow off....

After my accident my wife said she's not in a hurry to ride along.

Any of you pull a trailor, wondering how they tow. Not for this trip but for hunting 2.5 hrs from home.

Often Dave, around here and to Colorado/NM a couple times a year. Keep the wheel bearings* tight and lubed, tires checked, and load secured and distributed..

*Side note; I didn't check the bearings on a fairly new single axle trailer this fall...upon return from Colorado the inside tread on both tires were maypops.

I have trailered the bike once to a Dawgs on Hawgs rally near College Station but rode it back.
