Good try USFWS! No I would not like to illegally sell, trade, or barter wild game meats across state lines and therefore commit a Lacey Act violation along with various in state violations

What you can do is offer up freely your 2lbs of javelina or coues WT freely expecting nothing in return.

Its legal to give away game meat, but illegal to sell or barter with it.
