Made cowboy eggs and sausage for the wife this morning...our children's favorite breakfast. She said it was a nice present. The kids have made it by with gifts and hugs. It's been a good day for a great mom.

Smoked a pork roast and finally got the radiator replaced in the wifes land cruiser. It was a good day.

Just stepped away from the dinner table.
Gave the wife her choice, out to a nice steak house, or I cook at home.
She chose me cooking, wise choice.

1 lb USDA Prime Rib eye steaks. Grilled med/rare
Home made mushroom risotto
Grilled asparagras
Sautéed mushrooms
Chocolate tuxedo cake
