Hope you all enjoy the day. I'm going to my daughter's place to play with my granddaughter and watch the NASCAR race in Mexico.

My wife managed to slip out of bed and the room this morning without waking me a true feat for a 8+ month pregnant woman. Then even more remarkable managed to keep our two kids quiet enough for me to sleep in till 9am. That's the latest I've slept in in a good while and with a new kid coming probably the last time for the foreseeable future. My daughter made me my favorite breakfast corned beef hash on toast with eggs on top and couldn't wait to give me her present this morning. We had a ton of people over yesterday for a baby shower so I've requested a day of no guest just the family.

We've been eating a steady diet of Mexican food down here in Sayulita.
Found a place with dollar tacos to die for.
Needed a break for Fathers Day dinner.
Ended up at an Italian place with homemade pasta. Little hole in the wall , quite possibly the best meal I've had in many years. 5 star.

Technically it's the off-season so pretty chill. But during the winter it's pretty busy and very international. We have had a broad variety of food in the 5 times we visited.

The beer can chicken looked damn good as well. First time I’ve been to this newer restaurant in Raleigh/Durham area, and will definitely go back.
